Dry Material Fillers

    DRY MATERIAL FILLERS: for filling 1 oz. to 100 lb. Bags, Jars, Cans & Pails. Filling in Net-Weight, Gross Weight, and / or piece count. Products such as Seeds, Beans, Nuts & Dried Fruits as well as Industrial Nuts & Bolts and other small parts. Semi-Automatic to Full-Automatic Machines with conveyors and related equipment also available. Machine Fill rates from 2 cpm to 80 cpm depending on the model of machine and products to be filled.

    NON-AUGER VOLUMETRIC FILLING SYSTEMS: for Powder and Granular products for food and non-food free flowing products. This unit fills 1 oz. to 10 lb. containers and it does not require change parts when changing package size plus it is "dust tight". Semi-Automatic & Full-Automatic models are available. These machines are perfect for filling Ground Spices, Coffee, Detergent and like products. Machine Fill-Rates range from 6 cpm for 10 lb. packages to 120 cpm for 1 oz. to 16 oz. packages.
