We have two advanced Filler controllers to offer.The first unit is built around the Rice Lake model 920i Programmable Indicator with HMI interface and full Alpha/Numeric Keyboard. This unit is normally used on machines that need more than a 200 formula storage capacity, a maximum limit found on most other brands of Fillers. Our unit has a capacity of 4,000 standard and is used for customers that want a single controller for Multi-Head machines up to 4 Heads.
This unit has too many features to list but one of the most desireable is the Report menu where you can view all your production information, print it out or download and save the data to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. You can also download or upload all of your setup and production information. This controller has built in diagnostics and will alert the operator and display the problem automatically in English, not just an unknown special code like most other brands when a problem occurs.
The second model is an Allen Bradley PLC based unit with PanelView display. This unit is based on an Allen Bradley PLC and says it all. It can be used on any single or dual head Pail or Drum & Tote filler.
